All supplies provided for use in class, just bring an 8x8 box and bubble wrap to take home your pieces!

Merlin's Beard! Be careful - chocolate frogs only have one good jump in them! In this project class, Chef Mitchie is going to teach us how to create a chocolate frog and edible trading card. We're going to learn several techniques: hand modeling with fondant, applying edible fabric to fondant, and hand painting. Chef Mitchie will demonstrate how to magically turn cookies into an edible box with her wand (just kidding there will be chocolate!) This class is awesome and though designed for kids ages 8 and up, adults are welcome to sign up too. Can't wait to see you!

In this fun beach themed cookie class, we will cover the basics of royal icing such as piping and flooding, as well going over the hows and whys of the different icing consistencies and when to use them. We will then go into more advanced techniques like wet on wet, texturing, and hand painting. Each student will leave class with 6 completed cookies and the confidence to tackle their next cookie project with ease!
