"This is a technique class, not a project class where you will be learning how to make beautiful blown bubbles and how to shape them into fruits and vegetables. We’ll also be covering safety, flavor, coloring, storing and caring for Isomalt pieces.
You will take home all your finished pieces in a box.
All supplies are included in the cost for this class."

"Peggy Tucker is an award-winning Certified Master Sugar Artist, one of only 32 in the world and is internationally known. She teaches, demonstrates and judges all over the world and is the owner of School of Cakeology and CakePlay, Inc. She has been sharing her love and passion for the sugar arts for over 20 years by teaching classes, judging competitions, volunteering at multiple charity events, culinary schools and collaborating with companies to develop and bring new products to the market. Peggy was added to the ICES Hall of Fame in 2018, named as one of Dessert Professional’s Top Ten Cake Artists of North America in 2014, and in 2016 was awarded the Sweet Life Award. She has appeared on The Food Network and Fox News and has written articles published in American Cake Decorating Magazine, Edible Artist Network Magazine, Cakes and Crafts Magazine and ICES Magazine."
