"Who doesn’t love the look of fresh flowers on a beautiful cake? It’s always been a staple in the wedding cake industry, but commercial flowers are not safe to use on a food product unless they are properly selected, cleaned and prepared.
In this live demo class, you will learn how to properly clean and prepare fresh flowers for safe cake decorating, how to create beautiful floral arrangements on your cakes as well as how to identify which flowers are safe to use. There are many popular wedding flowers that are poisonous and should never be on a cake!
Each student will receive Shani's very popular ""Flower Identification Guide for Cake Decorators"" in hard copy and digital PDF.
This is a 26 page, full color photo guide to help you identify safe & poisonous flowers so you know which ones are safe to use on your cakes. If you want to use fresh flowers to decorate your cakes it is very important to do it safely. Let me show you how."
