I've been a cake decorator for close to fifteen years but started my career as a cartoonist and illustrator doing freelance work consisting of logo work, murals and work for publishing houses. I began cake decorating once I had my kids as it provided a steadier at home job than freelancing. I started creating simple buttercream cakes but over the years Ive found my love for 3D and sculpted cakes. I also love to have fun creating cutie mini designs as well. I have a very bold, pop art, cartoony feel to my work. I was a finalist for a Cake Masters Best Collaboration award and have continuously placed at all cake shows and competitions I have entered. I have won 1st Place the past 4 years at the Long Island Gingerbread competition and have had the amazing opportunity to do television work as well. I also love to be involved in our online cake community by participating in numerous cake collaborations.
